01 Feb Jiva.ai appoints Chairman to board of directors

Jiva.ai is delighted to announce that the Board has appointed Kevin McDonnell as Chairman. Kevin assumed his position from January 2020.

Kevin brings to Jiva.ai over a decade of international and leadership experience as a digital health leader, which will be invaluable in helping Jiva.ai communicate company strategy to external stakeholders and oversee the long-term development of the company.

Kevin commented: “AI represents an enormous opportunity to deliver better outcomes for patients and improve operational efficiency. I’m delighted to be involved in bringing AI to health and supporting the team develop and grow the business.”

He has held senior roles with Capita plc, was Managing Director at AIM listed EMIS Group plc and led the EMIS Care and EMIS Health Specialist businesses. Prior to EMIS Group, Kevin was Managing Director of Digital Healthcare (UK & US), building the business from early stage to market leader, before leading the sale to EMIS Group plc. In addition, Kevin is the founder and CEO of Datalla Group, and also serves as Chairman of Medic Creations.
