Dr Manish Patel
CEO
Manish has a doctorate in mathematical modelling with an emphasis on dealing with large, complex datasets. He is the technical architect of Jiva.ai, a new machine learning algorithm that will form the basis of a new breed of AIs.
Dr Chetan Kaher
BUSINESS & GROWTH
Chetan has a doctorate in dentistry and a BSc in Immunology & Oncology with publications in developing anti-cancer proteins. He is currently on the NHS Clinical Entrepreneurship Scheme, to implement Jiva.ai into healthcare systems.
Sarah D’Souza
COO
Sarah is an experienced management and banking professional with a background in law. As well as being a successful entrepreneur, Sarah joins the team taking control of project management, operations and all things legal & data security.
Dr James Robinson
LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER
James has a doctorate in computational molecular physics and is an experienced software engineer and designer. He brings deep scientific knowledge as a former research scientist in areas such as computer modelling.
Dr Mohamed Mostafa
LEAD DATA SCIENTIST / AI ENGINEER
Mohamed has a doctorate in data science and has taught data science as a senior lecturer at Cardiff Met University. He is an expert level software engineer and has led several AI & data science teams on a variety of complex problems.
Dr Esin Karahan
SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST / AI ENGINEER
Esin has a doctorate in biomedical Engineering and is an expert in statistical data analysis with extensive experience in applied academia. She brings a cutting-edge background in machine learning and time series analysis.
Dr Andrew J. Thompson
FUNDING STRATEGY
Andy heads funding strategy and is a professional grant writer. He has extensive experience developing business, R&D and fundraising strategy, and preparing and implementing winning business cases.
Linda Sidney
COMPLIANCE LEAD & DPO
Linda is an experienced QMS and compliance auditor with a background in law and adult learning management. Linda joins the team to support the development and maintenance of QMS and compliance across all Jiva AI products.
Mohamed ElFatih
DATA SCIENTIST / AI ENGINEER
Mohamed has a BSC in Computer Science with a speciality in security and forensics. Mohamed has a great aptitude for data science and is working with the team to deliver multiple challenging projects.
Elis Jones
UI DEVELOPER
Specializing in React and TypeScript, Elis guides Jiva’s frontend development. With a Computer Science BSc, he focuses on building robust, user-friendly interfaces for healthcare applications. His work supports Jiva’s technology-driven solutions.
Ramesh Kumar
DEVOPS ENGINEER
Ramesh is an experienced DevOps engineer, having worked at IBM and AWS previously in highly technical and operations-intensive roles. He is responsible for infrastructure, production uptime and product release cycles.
Dr Tanisha Thornton
JUNIOR DATA SCIENTIST / AI ENGINEER
Tanisha brings a wealth of knowledge from her Ph.D. in neural-based techniques, where she focused on AI modelling and exploiting insights about customer behaviours in retail. Her doctoral work has equipped her with advanced skills in data analytics, machine learning and python.
Neha Patel
JUNIOR DATA SCIENTIST / AI ENGINEER
A neuroscience grad with a flair for problem solving. She also brings experience from her time in pharma sales. Neha joins us as a data scientist and will be working on a number of client projects as well as general development on the Jiva platform.
